Endoscopic sclerotherapy

Almost painless method that is applied to grade II bleeding hemorrhoids
Consists on introducing a glue inside the hemorrhoid that collapses it, stopping it from bleeding. 


Ligature with elastic band

Applicable to grade III bleeding hemorrhoids
One or more bands of elastic rubber are applied to strangle the neck of the hemorrhoid
